Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas. Clients are also responsible for obtaining appropriate travel and medical insurance.

Payment

Clients are responsible for payment of all fees associated with their medical tourism services. Fees may include travel arrangements, medical treatments, accommodations, and other related services.

Payment must be made in advance of the provision of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel their medical tourism services by providing written notice to Medical Solutions International. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the specific services involved.

Limitation of Liability

Medical Solutions International is not liable for any damages or losses arising from clients’ failure to obtain appropriate travel documents or insurance, or failure to comply with laws and regulations related to their travel and medical treatment.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medical Solutions International and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth below.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation, administered by the chosen mediator of Medical Solutions International, in accordance with its rules and procedures. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties may pursue other legal remedies in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, USA.

Amendments

Medical Solutions International may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on its website. Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to ensure they are aware of any changes.
