"Our experience in Puerto Vallarta was as Kay described. The pick-up from the airport to the drop-off two weeks later went smoothly. Dr. Max was very reassuring from the moment I met him, and I knew I was in safe hands. The hospital was a wonderful facility, and the care during the two-night stay was very comforting, avoiding any problems or trauma. Adrianna, the physiotherapist, came daily and guided me through my exercises. The San Tropico hotel was perfect - spacious apartment, lovely and caring staff, and the chef prepared delicious, fresh, and nutritious meals for us.  

The journey home was long, and everything was going well until a storm hit while we were on the runway in Dallas for our second flight, causing a two-hour delay. We eventually landed at 2 am.  Thank you for your patience and for answering all my pre-op questions. If I could offer any advice, it would be helpful to receive a pre-op set of guidelines with the do's and don'ts. 

I will keep you updated on my progress. In the meantime, thank you once again for orchestrating the arrival of my new knee, which is from France. I've named her 'Fleur' 😊"
